MARES Members – RM80.00 (Inclusive of revision materials and tea breaks)
Non-Members – RM100.00 (Inclusive of revision materials and tea breaks)
Revision only – RM70.00 (Inclusive tea breaks)

Registration & Payment:
- Participation for the classes will be based on first come first serve basis. Class is limited to maximum 35 participants. Please register early.

- Participants are required to submit completed Class Registration Form and make full payment, NO LATER than the class registration deadline. Otherwise, participation to the class will not be confirmed.

- Class registration deadline is on Fri 6 Nov 2009.

- Payment can be made;

a) by cash payment to Abdul Mutalib 9M2SQL (017- 6391632) or

b) by cash deposit to Bank Islam account 14-041-01-005646-4 (Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kecemasan Radio Amatur Malaysia ). Please keep the proof-of-payment information (bank cash deposit slip).

Cost:

Registration:
Event will be opened to 100 persons only.
Registration for the event is now open and will be closed by midnight Sat 20 Jun 2009.
No “walk-In” participants allowed during the event.

Payments made will not be refunded as food and venue ordered from the hotel cannot be cancelled.

The schedule as follows :-

Hunt mode: On foot/pedestrian route.

Fox Hunt only

Description:-

Amateur Radio Direction Finding (ARDF) is the sport of finding a very low power hidden radio transmitters on foot, using radio receiver, antenna, map, and compass in diverse. ARDF joins orienteering skills like the proper use of topographic maps, compass skills, and locational awareness, with radio direction finding skills using hand-held portable receivers and antennas. It is great fun for young and old alike – an opportunity for personal challenge in the great outdoors!

A lot of prizes to be won such as a RADIO TRANSCEIVER and many more radio equipment is waiting for you. DON’T MISS IT!

Official Results for RAE 2008-2

MCMC has announced the official results of the Radio Amateur Examinations 2008-2 (RAE 2008-2) conducted nationwide on 17 December 2009.

The official notifications by postal mail will reach candidates’ address in a few days time. Congratulations to those that passed. To the others, do not become discouraged. There is always another RAE coming along.
